Make this Valentine’s a creative one by joining us for a painting or throwing session.
We’ve still got spaces available for Valentine’s weekend!
If you’d like to have a go at throwing your own pots, booking is essential so give us a call! Spaces are limited. If painting is more up your street, booking advisable- we’d hate to have to turn people away.
There’ll be tea and cake included for all couples painting this weekend and we’re able to post your pottery to you if you can’t collect it.
There’s lots of treats in store for lovers on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of February!
Book for a Couples Throwing session and learn a new skill together, or come along and paint each other a perfectly personalised gift.
For those of you who have already booked in with us, you can still enter the competition and if you win we will refund you on the day.
Sunday 24th January
11.00am – 1.30pm
Fussy about the shape of your cups? Why not come along to our cup making workshop and make them to fit your hands perfectly!
For £35 per person you will make two thrown cups, two hand built cups and you’ll return to paint them as well.
We’re giving you plenty of time to make and paint in time for Valentine’s Day, if you’d like to make a personal set for someone special!
Suitable for beginners.
Booking for all of our workshops is essential.
With a little help from the Great Pottery Throw Down, it seems that many of you have been inspired to learn a new skill in 2016. Taster Throwing vouchers were hugely popular over Christmas and spaces for our sessions are already filling up fast.
Whether you’ve received a voucher for Christmas or you just fancy giving Throwing a go, there are a lots of different sessions for you to choose from:
Try a Taster Throwing Session:
Wednesdays & Fridays at 2:30pm and Saturdays at 10:45am and Sundays at 11:00am
We will also be holding sessions all afternoon on Sunday 24th January at 2pm, 3.15pm & 4.30pm
or try a Clay Play Session:
Thursday Evenings 6:30 – 9:30 pm
As you can see we have been practicing our throwing techniques again. The Great Pottery Throw Down was a real inspiration for us and we are looking forward to helping lots of budding potters in the New Year.
We will be having our Clay Play every Thursday evening and taster throwing sessions on Wednesday & Friday afternoons and Saturday & Sunday mornings. For groups of 4 or more we can arrange other times.
We will be having a special taster throwing Sunday – all day on the 24th January.
Today is the last day for painting and collection. We re-open on Sunday 27th and will be open every day except the 1st January.
Have a great Christmas!
