New Calculation to Predict the Size of your Pot!
We are asking all throwers to bring the measurements of the width & length of their hands. With our new formula (lh x wh/wc x sp / pie = hp) we will be able to predict the height of your pots by correlating these measurements with the weight of the clay and the speed of the wheel. Phew! Ready...steady...THROW!

Help Celebrate 10 years of our Whale Mural
Apologies on behalf of British Weather - we are postponing our event until the 27th August as John would find it very difficult to paint a mural in 40 mph winds - not to mention the rain!
Its 10 years since artist John Ives painted the Whale Mural, on the side of our building in Titchbourne Street, to help raise awareness of the plight of Whales. On the 20th August we will be holding a day of activities to celebrate the wonderful creatures found in our Oceans and the responsibility we have to try to protect them. John will be refreshing his mural and starting another on the back wall of our building. We will also have competitions, face painting, clay and painting workshops - so come and have fun!
We know that over the last 10 years thousands of you have taken photos of the Whale Mural. We would love to see your pictures! Tag your whale pictures with a chance to win a £25 voucher. If you are not local then you can exchange this for a John Ives Whale print. The winner will be chosen by John on the 20th. You will need to follow us on Instagram.
